Our community is open during business hours. No appointments are required to tour the community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to ensure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions.

Please note: Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.

You can apply online through our website or visit our leasing office for assistance. All parties 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application and pay any and all applicable fees.

We require a completed application, valid photo ID, proof of income 2.5 the rent, and a background and credit check.

Yes, our application fee is $44 per applicant. This is non-refundable and covers the cost of screening

The standard security deposit is $400, but this may vary based on credit and rental history. Additional deposits may apply for pets or other special circumstances.

Yes, we charge a non-refundable administrative fee of $300, which covers the cost of processing your lease and preparing your move-in.

Yes, We allow up to two pets with a weight restriction of up to 45 pounds. The pet deposit is $150 with a $350 non refundable fee per pet. Monthly pet rent is $35 per each pet.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. There is a grace period till the 6th of the month before late fees are assessed.

Rent can be paid online through your resident portal, by check, Cashiers Check, or Money Orderor. No cash can be accepted.

Residents are responsible for all utilities. Water, sewer, and garbage is paid through your resident portal. Electricity is based on your usage and paid to Puget Sound Energy

We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6-12 months. Please contact the leasing office for current availability.

We require a 21 day written notice and a lease break fee that is 2 times the rent. There are additional details in your lease agreement.

Yes , we have covered and uncovered parking at this time.

Yes! We welcome pets with a $150 pet deposit and $350 pet fee per pet and $35 a month pet rent per pet. Breed and weight restrictions apply.

Our units come complete with stackabe washer and dryers

While we do not currently offer a fitness center or pool, our community features a beautiful picnic area with a shared BBQ—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. We’re happy to recommend nearby fitness or recreation options.

You can submit requests through the resident portal or by calling the leasing office during business hours. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7.

We aim to respond to all non-emergency requests within 24–48 hours.
